Introducing The Brothers Trust Tea Light.

Introducing our Brothers Trust tea light holders – a new line in merchandising which might be restricted in its supply (and therefore fund raising) and yet, it encapsulates what the Brothers Trust strives to achieve.

Today is World Mental Health Day – and this new venture presents us with an opportunity to shine a light on Stem 4  - an online destination and provision of apps, contacts, seminars and a whole host of useful devices for young people to confront mental health issues. Whilst all proceeds will go directly to Stem 4 – any funds will be limited by supply – but no matter because it is the publicity that we can generate for the charity and also we are pleased to bring their vital services to our broad audience also.

But why are supplies so limited?

Because these charming tea-light holders are made by only one man, Mr Tim Frost – Nikki’s brother and the boy’s uncle. Tim has coped with crippling and sometimes debilitating anxiety for his entire adult life. He speaks openly about his vulnerability and is delighted that his master carpentry skills can be used to support a cause that is important to him.

As you know, here at the Bros Trust, we like to source our products locally and where possible to create wealth and employment opportunities close to home. From his workshop at his home, Tim creates these holders using only reclaimed timber, branches yielded naturally or often caused by lightning strikes and most usually from roadside Ash trees.

The candles are sourced from The Herberowe Candle Co – a small independent firm and using natural lavender oils known for its soothing and calming properties.

The combination of how these products are sourced and made, the calming influence of a naked flame and lavender essence and helping to highlight Stem 4 is a potent outcome and an important resource for young people across the world.
